The License Division is responsible for issuing business licenses (occupational tax permits) throughout the year.

Business licenses expire on December 31st of each year and renewal applications are sent out in January and must be returned by January 30th. Payment is due no later than April 1st.

Alcoholic beverage licenses are also administered by this department. They must be renewed no later than January 21st of each year.
