The Zoning Division staff provides assistance to the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals at their meetings. 

They are responsible for daily activities such as assisting the public with requests for rezoning, zoning determinations, annexation, preliminary plan approval and variances and providing zoning certification letters.
