To Start Services:
- Download an application, fill it out in its entirety, and bring the application along with the required deposit amount. You may also come into City Hall and fill out an application.
- Download the Account Finalization Form, fill it out in its entirety, and bring the form to City Hall to be processed. Disconnection request and turn on request for new service received after 4:00 PM will be done the following business day.
Deposit prices are as follows:
$150.00 / $250.00 / $350.00 (Based on Credit)
Restaurants / Car Washes Laundry Services / Gas Stations
Convenience Stores / Drug Stores, Etc.
Hotels / Motels / Apartment Complexes

In addition to cash, check, money order, and debit cards we also accept Master Card or Visa. When making your deposit, cash is the only method of payment accepted!
