The Union City Wellness Program is designed to increase the well-being and productivity of all employees, through the enhancement of all aspects of health, professional development, financial well-being, and metal well-being. We believe the four components go hand-in-hand. The program seeks to increase awareness of positive health and wellness behaviors, to motivate and reward employees for choosing a healthier lifestyle.

Optimal physical wellness is developed through the combination of beneficial physical activity/exercise and healthy eating habits. A sound Physical Wellness Program will aid employees with developing personal responsibility for their own health care, such as caring for minor illnesses and knowing when professional medical attention is needed.
