Boys & Girls Mentoring Group
Designed for ages 5-16, this program consists of positive role models who work toward a goal of improving participants' academic, social and personal lives. The ultimate goal is to educate, connect and inspire. There is no cost to participate; however, participants must pay costs for field trips*. This group meets every Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
* Field trips are occasionally scheduled during the weekends.
Learn the basics of cheerleading and dance, including jumps, motions and proper placement. The coaches in our program take pride in implementing great routines and cheers for games and cheer competitions. Registration is $35 plus uniform costs.
Join our dynamic Eagles football team. 3 and 4 year olds participate in flag football and ages 5 and up play tackle. We are a Head's Up Football member and take pride in teaching our youth the proper techniques and fundamentals of the game. Registration fees vary according to age groups. Call for more information.
This exciting, yet disciplined class focuses participants attention on key skills including self-defense, perseverance and dedication. Classes meet on Fridays (ages 12+) from 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM and Saturdays (all ages) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Registration is $45 plus uniform and equipment costs.
The Miracle League removes the barriers that keep children with mental and physical disabilities away from the baseball field. Our league promotes self-esteem, social and physical skills. The games are normally played inside of the gymnasium to accommodate wheel chairs and other devices while helping to prevent injuries. Registration is $35.
Union City has a partnership with the Soccer in the Streets program which provides low cost programming for kids in the community. Coaches set weekly goals to ensure participants are developing as players while gaining knowledge of the game.
The youth track program develops proper running and breathing techniques. Our program is great for beginners and advanced level athletes. We have won several district and state titles! Registration is $35 plus uniform costs.
High Intensity Interval Training- H.I.I.T.
H.I.I.T. is a combination of strength, muscle endurance, cardio, core and functional movement exercises. This class helps participants maintain a healthy lifestyle through guidance and motivation. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Men's Industrial Basketball League
This league is great for team building in the work environment. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in a recreational basketball league open to all levels. Open to players ages 18+.
The Women's Kickball League is a great way to exercise in a fun and competitive environment. Games are held on Wednesday and Sunday evenings.
Working out doesn't feel like work when you're having fun. Zumba is an excellent way to burn calories, tone up and increase endurance. It boosts energy while combining all elements of fitness including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
